About the 2015 Wes Leonard Heart Team Golf Outing

The Wes Leonard Heart Team Golf Outing 2015 is designed to bring caring people together to share in a sport that Wes Leonard loved to play.
You’ll have a chance to meet some of Wes’ friends and family members from the West Michigan community and enjoy the day full of activities.
Even if you don’t golf, come and sit by the pool and participate in the many other family activities at Diamond Springs Golf Course. Giveaways will include t-shirts, wrist bands, and other golf merchandise.

All morning session golfers are provided with a continental breakfast and lunch. Afternoon golfers will be provided with lunch and snack.

Team/Player Registration:

The cost of the outing is $400/team. Click on your preferred session below to register your team and pay for the event:

8:00 am – Continental Breakfast
8:30am – Morning Shotgun Start
12:00pm – Lunch for All Golfers
1:30pm – Afternoon Shotgun Start
6pm – Golfer Awards & Prize Giveaways

All participants eligible for score prizes, door prizes, raffles and other games.
